My reoccurring order was placed on 1/10/17 and I received an email stating order was processed with a FedEx tracking number but the order never shipped and FedEx states the sender (you) cancelled the order. Funds were taken out of my account on 1/10/17. Why didn't you ship my order and why did the FedEx shipment with a tracking number get cancelled? I never received an email or a phone call as to why it didn't ship and you have payment in full.
