Order Disappeared

I recently ordered a couple of items and there is no record of the order on my account, but I have been charged for the items. I emailed customer support on Monday and have yet to receive a response. I got an email with the tracking number for the order, but it says the shipment was cancelled by the sender. Where is my order?

Since signing up the other day, I haven't been able to place an order. My cart items disappear, or item selected (1) ends up being 4. For some reason after selecting an item the site keeps adding the selected item instead of let me continue shopping. Had to update the number of item(s) to zero (0) and then select the exit button (x) in order to continue shopping. After about 20 minutes of struggling wth ordering, tried to place my order on the system would not allow, suggest i try later. Checked card number, etc. still can't order.

It's frustrating. I wonder how many potential customers you've lost due to this same issue and never reported there frustration.
