Shipment cancelled??

I placed Order 000096309 on 1/29/17 and received a shipping notification on 1/30/17. However, FedEx tracking tells me the shipment was cancelled by the sender and the tracking tells me the cancellation status is still the same today. I've noticed that you've taken payment. I contacted you by email on 2/2/17 and received only an automated response.
Can you please provide me with the current status of my order? Why was the shipment cancelled?

I tried email, I tried the Chat (with no response), I tried calling (I have been on hold forever) and now I'm reaching out via public post! I placed an order on 4/17, on 4/20 FedEx did not deliver my package (their excuse of Incorrect Address is baloney! The address is correct on the package!), the order when back on 4/21 and has been sitting in Kearney, NJ since 4/23. I would like a refund please!
