I placed Order 000096309 on 1/29/17 and received a shipping notification on 1/30/17. However, FedEx tracking tells me the shipment was cancelled by the sender and the tracking tells me the cancellation status is still the same today. I've noticed that you've taken payment. I contacted you by email on 2/2/17 and received only an automated response.
Can you please provide me with the current status of my order? Why was the shipment cancelled?
