Can't Order from Your Site

I have tried and tried to order directly from your company. Every time I attempt to add an item to the bag, it directs me to another page, and there are no items in the shopping cart. Then I will open another tab altogether, and the item will be in the cart. To top it off, when I finally tried to proceed to checkout, with only 1 of the 3 items I wished to purchase, it told me the shopping cart was empty! I unfortunatley cannot trust this, its confusing and i have no idea what if anything I would be buying, so I am purchasing from Amazon, for a higher price. Can you fix it? Or can I purchase over the phone in the future? The items I would like to get are not available anywhere in my area.
