Hello,
I have placed order# 000104582 on the 27th/March/2017 and was charged for it in full amount.
was just checking the status and it said it has been cancelled ?

Thank you for contacting SheaMoisture. Your order, #000104582, has been canceled due to invalid payment information. The funds have already been reversed and returned to your account. When placing an order, we require a valid US credit card with matching US billing information. When using a credit card, the billing information must match exactly with what is on file for the card at the bank. If any information doesn’t match, the card will be declined. At this time we do not accept international cards, debit cards or gift cards.
