I ordered a few items yesterday June 12, 2017 and I haven't received any kind of confirmation email. Is this normal? My card has been charged for it.

Checking status of my order # 000120374 placed on July 5, 2017. Haven't received an email with a tracking number or even if it was shipped. Your attention is greatly appreciated.
