You have stated before that you do not at this time have a list of products that are vegan and that customers should read the ingredients list of a given product, but some ingredients can be either animal-derived or plant-derived. How am I supposed to know if your panthenol or allantion in your Clarifying Mud Mask is animal-based or plant-based, for example? Or the glyceryl stearate in the Sensitive Skin mask? There's glycerine in your Problem Skin Moisturizer, where was that derived? These are just a few examples that I could find. I desperately want to use your products but I can't until I know more about your ingredients, so it would be very helpful to have a list of which products are 100% vegan.
Thank you for contacting SheaMoisture. Here are the ingredients that are animal by-products. You can use this list to verify if the product you are using is vegan friendly:
Beeswax, Collagen, Conchiolin Protein, Honey, Keratin, Lactose, Lanolin, Milk, Pearl Protein, Silk
Any ingredient not listed will be from vegetables of fruits.
Thank you again for reaching out to us. If you have any other questions, please let us know.
