I was wondering why there is not product information for Virgin Coconut Oil Daily Hydration Face Milk Mask? The product is still sold in stores, yet there isn't information on the SheaMoisture webpage. Since you're still selling a product that has an issue why not recall the product rather than leave it on shelves and lose more customers due to a product that has more people concerned with having burns rather than hydration? It's bad for the business and it's terrible for your customers whom you have a responsibility to by selling safe products and taking responsibility when something goes awry. My question is truly a multi part question. I look forward to a response.
Thank you for contacting SheaMoisture. The Virgin Coconut Oil Daily Hydration Face Milk Mask is currently inactive on our site so our team can look into the product after receiving feedback regarding its results. Our team is also looking into voluntarily removing the products from stores as well. We will continue to look into this and will have more information available after review.
Thank you for reaching out to us and for being part of the SheaFamily!
