Error in shipment

Hey
My cart is ready and whenever i try to purchase and click next on the review& payments page, I cant click next and it just gives me this message
"All orders have at least 1-2 business days to process before shipping. The shipping method applies after the order has shipped. For holidays or promotions, please allow at least 3-4 business days for orders to process before shipping."
and also this
"This shipping method is currently unavailable. If you would like to ship using this shipping method, please contact us."
help?
